Warranty claims
If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will inspect it and offer repair, replacement, or a refund.
Exchange & return
A product in proper condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it has no signs of use and includes the full set.
What we need from you
Order number or proof of purchase
Full set: packaging, cables, accessories
A short description of the issue
Photo or video if there is a defect
When a request is rejected
There are signs of use or physical damage
Part of the original set is missing
Damage was caused by improper use
The product was modified or repaired by the customer
